Spent 5 hours trying to get my key. Finally had to find another hotel for the night at 8pm. Promised a refund for first night and to ring the next day about the key. I ended up chasing them again in the afternoon. Finally got the key to a great apartment. STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND!! Will update my review when i get it.
