"As the title says beautiful location. Wonderful property, relatively (I’ll get to that) peaceful and quiet. Incredible views of the mountains amplified by the glass panelled area at the rear of the property. You really can unwind here.I say relatively because every now and then the resident dogs will bark.The Cockrill which has been mentioned in previous reviews is barely audible and never woke us. I’d class the property as near perfect if it were not for the barking dogs. It wasn’t all the time so didn’t have a huge bearing.The property is a pleasure to stay in and has almost everything you can ask for. We bought toilet roll but didn’t end up using it as there is a bidet on site and got used to using that instead. the kitchen was perfectly adequate for cooking and had almost everything you could need.The only gripe was that the floors had not been cleaned (dust & cat hair) and we had to end up sweeping and mopping it ourselves, which isn’t acceptable.All that aside it’s a lovely place to stay and Ruben is a great host. We’ll stay again for sure in the future."

"Villa Susanna was very well equipped, including bowls for cereal which a lot of places don't have. Quite far from restaurants but we knew that that before booking. Has a small roof terrace which we didn't see in the listing. Overall an enjoyable place to stay."

"Stayed for 9 nights. Communication with Naomi was fantastic from the onset. All questions responded to, excellent easy check in and allowed us to check in and out with the times that suited our flights which goes above and beyond any previous villas we have rented. The villa itself is in an amazing location, away from the touristy hotspots and located in a very quiet area. The villa was sparkly clean, very comfortable beds and the villa has everything you could ever wish for. Special little touches like oranges left to make your own orange juice with the juicer is a great idea. The pool heated to a lovely temperature. A cleaner popped In twice over our stay and gave a little spruce of the property and pool which again is a great idea and previous villas we have rented have never included that. We really could not fault this villa, or its location. We loved it, plus it had some amazing local restaurants within walking distance which is an added bonus. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. "

"Nice property in rural setting. Good for exploring both Corralejo and El Cotillo beaches. Definitely need a car. Very clean. Pool quite small and wifi very erratic. "

"Great villa which ticked all our boxes, quiet, spacious, well appointed and great views. We are photographers and bird watchers and loved the easy access to the Tindaya plains and coast. Owner was very helpful and arranged some provisions for our arrival as we had an early evening arrival in Fuerteventura. Highly recommend! "
