"Nice hotel close to the port. The rooms were spacious with a nice view of the city street. If you have mobility issues and carry lots of luggage, this is not an ideal hotel as there are no elevators. Our room was on the fourth floor. No bathroom in your room but you will have your own bathroom down the hall. Breakfast was amazing and a friendly staff. The free shuttle to the cruise port was 7 minutes away at Largo della Pace, 00053 Civitavecchia RM, Italy. "

"We took the ferry from Civitavecchia and this property was perfect for us. We were train and ferry hopping, and Kiara, the property owner, was so welcoming. We had access to Rome, beaches, castles all by train and ended our stay by ferry to Spain. Thank you, Kiara!!"

"Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "

"The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it.
