"The ultimate place for relaxation! Host was so kind and helpful with any questions we had. Enjoyed kayaking, relaxing by the campfire and fishing. Watching the sunrise is beautiful, coming up over the water. We brought all our food, so we enjoyed our family meal time right there. Highly recommend!!"

"This is a real log cabin get-away. Surrounded by trees and far from other homes, it is cozy and private. We only used the downstairs but there are two loft spaces upstairs which would be perfect for kids. You do have to bring your own linens and clean when you leave, but that keeps the cost down (since they don't charge an additional cleaning fee like many places do). You can tell it's someone's home which is sweet. We would def go back!"

"The cabin is absolutely gorgeous, very clean, and oh so comfortable! It is very spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The property and surrounding area is so beautiful - the fall colors were just stunning! Near Empire State Trail, which was perfect because I was biking in and out from the trail. Host very accessible. Location appears rural, but there are active train tracks very nearby, so it can get noisy, but it settles a bit at night. "The cabin experience was more than we expected. It was beautiful inside and out. It was very clean at arrival. We loved sitting outside listening to the owls at night, the kids skipped rocks on the pond and we stayed up late playing board games. I wish we had stayed longer since we had such a great time!! "

"We had a wonderful stay at the lakeside cabin with picturesque views of the lake and colorful mountains in the back drop. We enjoyed evenings on the deck lakeside sipping wine and watching the waterfowl. The cabin itself is cozy and tastefully decorated, with very comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this gem of a get away!"

"The cottage was definitely older but was clean. The bathroom looked like it been redone recently and the kitchen had everything you would need to prepare your meals. The view from the cottage is much better than the impression you get from the online photos. The best part about the property is the location. The Griffis Road Marina is in a very secluded cove and is very calm. We had our Seadoo docked there for 6 days and rode over 200 miles during our stay. The Lake is Beautiful with many small...

"We were in the area for a family wedding and this rental worked perfectly. It really was a home away from home, full kitchen, laundry area. The 2nd floor had a seperate living area, full bath and sleeping area for my son’s family with 2 small children. Had I stayed longer I may have enjoyed the outdoor hot tub."

The bedrooms were indulgently decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Dave was great with questions and we had one of the loveliest stays we've ever had in a VRBO.
