"I enjoyed the gingerbread cabin so much and will rebook! It was a nice peaceful retreat for me, and I only wish I had booked for longer! I had an animal get into my trash the first night and Devin had somebody come out immediately and take care of it! Aside from that, no problems or complaints."

"I picked this location for my husband’s 40th and I couldn’t be happier! It was ourselves and two other couples one of which has a 3 year old. Everyone had an amazing weekend (even the 3 year old, he didn’t want to leave!) and we didn’t even leave the property! "We were in the area to visit with our daughter who attends ESU. We enjoyed our stay at Casa de Carmen. We were there for three nights. The house itself is rustic and very cute. The shower stall is very narrow and doesn’t leave room for movement. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable and enjoyed the peacefulness of the heavily wooded area. We left feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated."
