The proximity to the wineries, and especially the Jones von Drehle, which borders the rentals provides entertainment and options for couples needing a break from the stresses of life. Nearby is the town of Elkin, which has nice options for food, wine, breweries, and entertainment. The property owners are communicative and responsive, and very helpful when I left a shirt onsite. "Cherry Creek Cabin is tastefully renovated and appropriately appointed. It is quiet, private, and conveniently located a few minutes from Meadows of Dan. The space is small but efficient. We were able to cook a nice Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen as it was well-outfitted with the equipment needed.
