"My room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It feels more like an apartment, although there is no kitchenette. There is a mini-fridge, but no kettle. The location could get a bit noisy, being so close to the train/bus stations. Overall it's a pretty good stay. I would consider this place again if I'm in this area again."

"Our first time in Venice. We are at the end of a long trip and feeling a little worn. Venice is gorgeous, but the crowds can be overwhelming when you're tired. This lovely hotel offered the PERFECT space for both seeing the city and relaxing. "We specified a first floor room due to my physical condition and they gave us a second floor room and they don’t have elevator. The carpet is filthy with a lot of stain. The curtain in the bathroom was dirty and has mold. They gave us just one soap for two people for the first two days we stayed there. The girl at the reception was not too kind. I don’t recommend that place"
