Rooms are new and clean, the bed is awesome and the place is super quiet, so you can really relax. Breakfast is super! Staff is lovely and attentive, the only small hiccup we had was solved promptly.

Enttäuschend: Laut und wenig Erholung
Kurzfassung: Unser Aufenthalt im Es Figueral Nou war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Das gebuchte Superior Zimmer mit Terrasse bot entgegen der Beschreibung keinen „Blick auf den Bauernhof“, sondern auf den Parkplatz. Die Terrasse war zudem für jedermann zugänglich – fremde Gäste machten dort sogar Fotos. Auch das Zimmer-Upgrade in eine Junior Suite brachte keine Besserung: Lärmbelästigung durch hellhörige Zimmer, der vor dem Hotel liegenden Schnellstraße, und einem dauerhaft laufenden Generator, verbranntes Essen und ein mageres Frühstücksangebot machten jegliche Erholung unmöglich. Trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden war der Umgang des Managements sowohl vor Ort als auch nach unserer Abreise enttäuschend. Wir hatten die Erwartung, das zu bekommen, was auf den Fotos versprochen wurde - ein Paradies der Ruhe auf hohem Niveau mit einem tollen Blick. Bei dieser Erwartungshaltung wurden wir leider bitter enttäuscht.

자연과 하나된 숙소. 일정관계상 하루 묵었지만, 장기간 머물고 싶은 숙소였습니다. 수영장, 스파, 조식 모두 완벽했다. 저녁에 방문했던 레스토랑은 낭만 그 자체였다.

Wir waren in dem Hotel für drei Nächte und das war mit Abstand einer der besten Hotels, in denen wir jemals waren. Die Zimmer grandios! Die komplette Anlage des Hotels, ein wahr gewordene Traum Und der Poolbereich unglaublich schön. Man hat sich gefühlt wie in der Toskana. Dieses Hotel kann ich jedem empfehlen 😍❤️

Top Hotel im Landesinneren von Mallorca! Mietwagen unbedingt empfohlen Super Restaurant; toller Pool; neue Zimmer; Zimmerreinigung könnte noch etwas besser sein Service ansonsten sehr gut! Fitnessraum und Wellnessbereich müssen verbessert werden! (Belüftung/Feuchtigkeit)

Hermoso lugar
Excelente lugar. Hermoso en medio de la naturaleza. El personal muy amable, en especial Marcela y Amaia. El desayuno buffet muy bueno. Nos dieron un upgrade. La habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa y linda, despiertas escuchando pajaritos y gallos y te duermes oyendo grillos. La alberca climatizada y el spa muy lindos también.
