"The location is fantastic - right on the edge of the old town and walking distance of the train and tram stations. Fantastic for seeing everything you would want to see in Nice. Interesting rooms in two levels - with the bathroom and small living room on the lower floor and bed on the upper floor via a staircase. It could do with a small sofa on the lower floor, as it seemed slightly wasted space, even through there was a TV there. Door to a balcony - although be aware that the hotel front is on a Main Street, the side is on a cut through with restaurant downstairs, and the back is on a busy street to the old town - so opening the window lets the noise in. Brekfast is 20 euro per person - don’t waste your money as there are plenty of places near by where you can get food and coffe for 10 euro a head. Fantastic hotel though and the location can’t be faulted. Staff were friendly. "

"I had to be at the airport at 4 am so they specially opened the breakfast area which allowed us a quick snack before heading to the airport. They also called us a cab for the airport transfer. Location only 10 Min walk to train station. "
