"Four of us stayed for two nights while visiting Assisi. We were met by the owner who helped us “move in”. All amenities are as advertised. All of the artwork and collectibles enhanced its beauty. The terrace is large and provides a stunning view of the Umbrian countryside. The host made dinner reservations for us in a wonderful local restaurant called Taverna dell Orso. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Umbria."

"Nice place to stay of 2 to 4 people. Clean, quiet and the master bed was comfortable. Marco was quick to respond to any question we had. In the heart of the historical center, minutes away on foot. Restaurants, and shopping all around. Would stay there again!"

"We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was as described and the apartment was clean and comfortable and well stocked with basic amenities. It was located near to the centre of town and the bus station which made getting around quite easy. Andrea was very helpful and responsive when we needed his advice and even offered to drive us to the airport when it looked as if our taxi wasn't going to turn up. Perugia is a lovely city and we hope to come again and stay in Andrea's apartment....

"Unfortunately the management co. did not address or notify the owner that the bedroom located on the terra piano contained mold and was very damp. Anyone and children should not be sleeping in this area. The mold smell was in the closet areas. Also it was infested with moths but that we could deal with. The owner did newly renovate with a nice bathroom and kitchen located on the first floor but the terra floor without heat and air conditioning is bad for breathing. The thermostat was removed. So...

"A group of friends and I stayed at the apartment for 3 nights. More than enough space for all of us and the location couldn’t be beat. "

Although we spent most of our time sightseeing, it was nice to have a home away from home to come back to at the end of the day to unwind and relax. The only negative we had during our stay was the lack of soundproofing and you can hear everything from the neighboring units. It wasn’t overly bothersome. "

"A very central location, which was a great size for our family of 2 kids and 2 adults. The manager had good communication with us and everything went smoothly. The property is on the 3rd floor with no lift. That was fine for us, but if you don’t like steps, you might not like it!"
