"We enjoyed a wonderful fortnight's stay at this beautiful home in the hills outside the village of Monterchi. The house sits on a ridge with far reaching views across the surrounding valleys, particularly stunning from the swimming pool. The owners were kind and thoughtful and there to offer assistance whenever needed. Their recommendations were spot on, especially the gelateria at the end of the Ponte Vecchio in Florence!!! "We had a perfect stay at a unique place. Beside the comfortable and perfectly equipped house the complete silence deep in the ‘selva’ was impressive. We completely enjoyed and would come back at any time."
