"Is a beautiful 5-room hotel on the 1st floor of a building. The staff is magnificent. At first you might be shocked about the surrounding area, but you will soon realize it is very well located less than a hundred meters to the right you have the Duomo and if you walk to the left, you soon arrive at the Market where you can have a great lunch."

"We had a wonderful stay here! Peppe was an excellent host: the breakfast (with local homemade snacks) was great, he helped us with parking, gave us instructions to all of the local beaches (and even gifted us an umbrella for the day), and even gave us great dinner recommendations. The location was perfect for us - a short walk from the major shops, restaurants, and nightlife in the area. A 10 min downhill walk to the water. "We have never been in a hotel quite like this - an old hunting lodge made by a prince in 1910. It is (way) off the beaten path - access is via a two- mile dirt road. Totally quiet and peaceful - personal attention. There were only two other guests while we were there."

"This house is absolutely amazing. The views, the grounds, the staff, the convenience, everything was great. It is so close to the airport in Palermo, so it is incredibly convenient, but you don't hear a single plane when you are in the house. "

"This is a very nice hotel, it’s modern and a short walk to marina and beach. We stayed in the apartment, it was nicely decorated with a small kitchen. It has a beautiful pool, which is rare for a hotel in the town of Castellammare. There is no breakfast included or a coffee. You can buy coffee pods for your coffee maker to use in your room. "

"We enjoyed the full use of the apartment with onsite parking. Once you get the hang of driving in small Sicilian towns, it becomes east to get around. Balestrate has a beautiful beachfront and many lovely restaurants. Our hostess was helpful and friendly. Mille grazie, Rosalia!"

"We were delighted with our choice of Marina Di Petrolo. The hotel is bright, smart and very clean. Our family room for my wife, daughter and I was a very good size, nicely decorated and smart. The staff were so nice and friendly at all times, and were always willing to help. We were grateful for the wonderful room cleaning staff who tidied and cleaned our rooms every day. There was an excellent Italian breakfast option every day, including freshly-made coffee of your choice. The location is not completely central but all the main areas of the town are easily accessible by foot, which is better to do anyway! Nevertheless there's a spectacular view of the bay from both the breakfast room and our own room. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was winter, but it looked nice. It would have been nice to have had the option to have meals other than breakfast, but it wasn't difficult to find other places around town (including a terrific pizza delivery place directly opposite!). We would love to come back to Sicily and if we are in this part of the island, Marina di Petrolo will be a definite place to revisit."

Friendly comfortable hotel

"The hotel had a spacious clean warm room with a fridge, a small table and chairs too. Also a big shower room and toilet. We loved it. Also we were picked up at the airport after dropping off the hire car, and taken back to departures at 4.00 am the next morning. How wonderful. I hope to go back"
