"The setting for this property was magical. The house, located on a hill overlooking valleys with small family farms, met all our needs during our 8 night stay. "This property is fantastic if you want to enjoy the real Tuscan life. The Villa, pool is all that is advertised. Olivia is the property manager and makes your stay everything you could hope for. "Distant views of olive groves and vineyards. Misty cool mornings, listening to church bells and birdsong. THIS was our home base in Tuscany that we were lucky enough to have discovered. All of the photos and descriptions do not do justice to this beautiful villa 30 minutes outside of Florence! "This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional."

"Could not have asked for more the grounds, the house, the hostess, the surroundings . . . All just beautiful and wonderful. Felt like I could have spent a month there. The hostess was so nice and so helpful. On the last night we had the chef and owner from a local restaurant, Mimo come and cook for us. It was like a movie. He was such a good cook, so nice. Sat down and talked to us and had a glass of wine . . . It was wonderful, felt like we had a much better understanding of Italy."

"Just returned from a one week stay and cannot praise it enough. Frederica and her family were so friendly and could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Really enjoyed the Cooking Lesson and would recommend it for a fun and interesting break fro those superb panoramic views of the rolling countryside. We also really enjoyed our visits to the small hilltop villages that are just a short drive away from the property. We will return!"

"We stayed in apartment Falco which has great views over the valley.The apartment is exactly as listed,well equipped and spotlessly clean.It is perfectly placed for visiting all the top Tuscan towns and there are numerous local restaurants within easy reach. "We had a lovely stay and the hosts were warm, accommodating and responsive. The location is incredible -- extensive views from both sides of the property; the hilltop village setting is out of a postcard with lovely little streets and nooks to explore; and the local shops, market days, restaurants provide everything needed locally. The property is adequate, a little rustic, but well suited to time outdoors by the lovely pool and as a springboard for day trips throughout amazing Tuscany....
