The check-in was busy (two other groups arriving within 5 minutes), but they had adequate staff to provide us all prompt service which had been an issue with some prior hotel/car bookings. I’m conversational w/Italian but the host also spoke excellent English. While escorting me to my room, the host also made note of the time change that evening which I thought was very considerate where not all countries use...

The owner is on hand at all times and is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. He stayed up for us and talked us through the directions there. You do need a car if you’re staying here since there is no public transportation. "
