"Fab well appointed little Gem is what the Burlington Guest House is. The location is brilliant and the bus stops 1 minute from the guest house. But the flat itself was fine, a bit basic but it had everything we needed, nice and clean, plenty of towels, quiet despite being next to a busy road. "The property was disappointing and not worth the money that we spent. The kitchen needs some attention and there was a bare minimum of cutlery and kitchen equipment. It also needed a deep clean. The upstairs bedroom were also very basic, tired and not welcoming."
