"Great staff at the front desk , very accommodating. Room had a door issue and they moved us right away no issues . Beds are too firm for my liking and could probably benefit from a pillow topping. Provide more comprehensive pictures of the area directly surrounding the hotel. Also do not advertise this hotel within the listings for “hotels in Wilmington, NC” as this is why I initially chose the hotel and it is over an HOUR from Wilmington
