"Our first time to stay in this hotel and our expectations were not met. Hotel was quiet despite the season, safe and tranquil. Customer service was average. Checking in was slow but efficient, checking out was a hassle (took 30 minutes to do so at 5:30am). Imagine entering your hotel room with a random person’s phone charging by the bathroom (finding out later that it’s the room cleaner’s, no apologies given). They even forgot to provide us free drinking water which they tried to charge us upon...

"Unfortunately I wanted to love this place as I enjoy discovering boutique hotels all over the world. Upon arriving to our hallway of our room there was a musty strong odor but I realized it was just probably the hallway carpet as there is alot of traffic in and out. "I booked this hotel on 8/24 for their Premium room for a family of six. When I got to the hotel, I was told that they dis not receive the information from Expedia and that the Premium room is not available and we were instead given a deluxe room.
