"Easy access just off CA-108 highway, just a few minutes away from Dodge Ridge ski resort. Free parking right outside the entrance. Inside the front entrance, the check-in area is not well marked. Turn left, go through the restaurant and a small registration window is found just past the bar. After check-in, the staff member led us out through the bar/restaurant downstairs through the key-access area to our spacious room. No fridge or microwave, and beds had older, somewhat noisy mattress...

"Really enjoyed our stay at “The Roost!” Great access to lot’s of recreation activities. Communication with the owner was easy, and with quick responses. The cabin was well equipped, and the tastefully updated. Perfect place for 2 people; possibly 3. Any more than that it may be a bit cramped. We will certainly consider “The Roost” in the future ."

"Loved the house- well stocked, spacious, quiet and perfect for adults and kids. Location is great- super convenient to skiing, sledding/tubbing, snow play as well as Arnold. We had a really nice stay and look forward to visiting again!"
