"Loved this house and setting! Quite a trek to get there but worth it once you see the views. Only negatives were that it was COLD and windy in Feb and the heating is really dependent on one wood stove in the LR. Also electric heaters in bedrooms to take chill off in pm and am. Landlady was very responsive and helped a lot with suggestions for local restaurants and sights. Lots of dogs barking (a la France!) otherwise very quiet and peaceful. "

"We booked last minute and the whole process was very smooth. The owner and property manager are very communicative and helpful.
