"Alora is a bustling little town nestled on a hill and the room I had overlooked the old Moorish fort on the adjoining hill. Beautiful ! The hotel was basic but spotlessly clean and the owners Paco and Monica were lovely. And great value for the single traveller "

"Firstly, the breakfast pastries are some of the best pastries I’ve had in my life. (And trust me when I say I’ve had many pastries before today) crisp on the outside, feather soft on the inside. Dinner in the hotels restaurant was delicious!! The lamb shoulder was recommended and did not disappoint. The staff were soooo helpful, gave excellent advice re the hike. Super kind and friendly. Thank you to you all! The room was clean and bed comfy. Would absolutely stay again should I do the hike again. "

"Fantastic isolated location with fabulous views. Great place to chillax. Only downside is that they let anyone walk in and use the facilities which should be available for residents only. It did affect my enjoyment of the experience."
