"This room was clean, updated, and had plenty of space for 2 people with lots of luggage. Staff was friendly and helped schedule a shuttle to the airport. My only complaint is there was a "service" door to our room which made me feel unsafe. "

"Absolutely excellent service considering the price. Staff couldnt do enough for you. So helpful and friendly. We only slept in a room, but pillows were so comfy! Reception staff was helpful and so customer service orientated. Breakfast was fab, simple but so nice. I can definitely recommend this place as it has everything you need for your stay. Do not be put off by the price and location. It is nice and clean and as mentioned before staff is brilliant"

"I had a room with 2 twin beds since I was traveling with a friend. The beds were so close that they were touching. That was a bit uncomfortable for me."

"Hotel came recommended from friends and did not disappoint. The Villa Malpensa is charming. We had two well appointed rooms before an early flight out. A nice breakfast buffet begins at 5am. The shuttle service is quite convenient and staff all attentive. Grazie mille!"
