"Close to the beach, the house is a bit older but maintained fairly well. The bedding and towels were clean and decent. The AC is cold appliances up to date. Not much grass in the yard, mostly sandy. Great sidewalks for going back and forth. Try to get number for your manager as the Vrbo app kept crashing."

"The property was very clean and everyone was very friendly and there was a lot of activities to do even though we were here for a quick stay for a wedding, there was a live band with food trucks and many things to keep the little ones busy. First time staying in a cottage in a campground, and not opposed to it. Usually a hotel guy- not the camping type and served its purpose well. "

"This a very unique house, with unusual architecture. The house seems to be very well maintained, and stocked, especially the kitchen and beach supplies. It is a great neighborhood, and the pool, playground and Harris Teeter are all right across the street. Jennifer is a very responsive host, that will fix whatever may come up. The shuttle comes right by the driveway, headed for the beach. Our party was my wife and I, along with our grown children, spouses, and very young grandchildren. The house is big enough to all be together but also offer some separation. With the small grandchildren, eating meals at restaurants can be a little hectic and stressful, so we ate in the house most meals. The kitchen is well equipped. This was our 2nd stay and we will be back next year."

"This was the get away we needed. Beautiful home in a sand community by the ocean. Who could.ask for anything better. We loved the open space of this home. Watching the sunset from the top balcony, bbq'd, swam in the pool, relaxed in the hot tub and played a game of pool and of coarse the beach was right there. There is a small park down the road and we got to see wild horses. We had the best time. Kids were exhausted from all the fun and so were the adults. Thank you."

"We were neighborhood friends like family celebrating a 60th. House was great and the amenities were convenient. The calls for any repairs and fixes were very responsive. We did note that the internet was not reliable for or party member that was teleworking and for those looking to connect to the internet at times. The house needs bathmats. The set up of the house was wonderful for visiting and gathering. The shuttle to the beach was simple and reliable."
