"Overall we were VERY disappointed with our stay which was booked as a surprise 50th birthday getaway weekend. The farmhouse itself is absolutely lovely but a few things to keep in mind for the next people staying there - the people visiting before us must have used up most of the tank water as on the first night we noticed the water pressure starting to get lower and lower to almost non-existent. No relaxing bath was ever an option. By the second night it had run out completely!! Clearly not a...

"We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. We loved that we could bring our dogs along, who are reactive rescues, but because the place is so private we could just relax and not worry about anything upsetting them. Thereā€™s a little bush trail behind the cottage that the dogs loved to explore with us. And the hot tub was an added bonus. We did daily trips to Kenilworth bakery for coffees, donuts, puppacinos and dog donuts. We will definitely be returning for many years to come."

"We stayed here as our mountain escape after our beach adventure. It was a lovely place to chill and relax.The bird life and the crickets & cicades provided an ambient background noise (a bit too much at times, but that is nature!)It was very hot on two afternoons here, and as the property is off grid, fans sufficed to keep us cool. An extra fan or two, and extension cord would have helped!Otherwise, the property is well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!"
