"Needs a bit more effort to become a four star hotel. For example, the bathroom was not a four. More interesting fruit at breakfast would be a simple improvement. Staff generally efficient but on the cold side, especially the non-Spanish. The bar is very cheap and where to find the most friendly and smiley staff. Excellent location in centre near everything."

"Good room but constant noise in ceiling which we reported twice but language barrier prevented explaining fully and never fixed. Air conditioning intermittent. Pool and terrace is next to road, but not affected by road noise too much. Self-service soft drinks, water, local beer and sangria at pool bar, which we thought was good. Cava readily available on all-inclusive and all the usual local spirits you'd expect. All disposable plastic or paper cups in pool area though, with no recycling....

"Would like to rate these apartments here, as prompted by Hotels.com, but we never stayed in them! On arrival at the agents' premises to pick up the keys we were informed the keys they had been instructed to give us were for the Sol De Espana, around a mile away from Pins i Mar! Presumably Hotels.com's reach does not extend as far as ensuring its guests get to stay where they had booked on its website. However, the Sol De Espana apartmet was quite nice and came with pools, which Pins i Mar did...

"Nicely renovated hotel to a high standard. Let down by insufficient staff numbers on front desk and slow lifts. Also pool area will not be large enough when hotel is full. The daytime activities were too loud for our taste. Evening buffet excellent. Breakfast disappointing "

"Good Clean Appartment. Pretty much everything you need for cooking etc. Good Shower and Free WIFI . Would stay again.The location is great. Near the Beach and 20 minutes walk to Salou. 40 to Cambrils. But there are a few Bars and Restaurants on the Door Step."

"The parking was not an option, had to pay for the street parking. The food was included, but drinks no! You have to buy even water (1 l for €2.5!!!) at the lunch or dinner. The wine price is insane!!"
