"I stayed here from 4/29 - 5/7 and the entire experience was great. Rina at the registration desk clearly knows what she's doing, so when I arrived, looking like I would have fit in with the people on the helicopter at the end of Jurassic Park, she got me checked in and on my way to my room in just a couple of minutes. I gave four stars to the area around the property only because of a construction area along one side of the building. The only issue I recall is that the safe in my room wouldn't lock on the first night. When I returned from my convention the next day, a new safe had been installed and there were no further problems. The bar staff were super quick and friendly, and the hotel restaurant is quite good as well. I will definitely stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful stay at The Edgewater. The facility is beautiful with great views of the lake. Once you understand how the hotel is laid out, it is much easier to navigate (ground floor is the 7th floor, check-in is the 6th)."
