"While relatively remote we found little reason to leave the property. There were so many things to experience for all our ages. We do recommend renting a golf cart."

"We were NOT able to stay at the Phillips Inn because Travelocity screwed up the reservation. Travelocity said the res was confirmed, no need to call the property. I called day before arrival and was told they could not honor the res due to the death of the owner May 22. I made the res May 25. On June 22 Travelocity still had no idea the owner was deceased or what the property was doing. Call Travelocity Customer Service, 2 hour wait to talk to CSR. Used callback option, got call about 3 1/2...

"If you’re looking for a remote location on the water, this is it. House was clean, hosts were nice. No complaints. "

"Very large nicely appointed house with lots of space for large groups. Unfortunately the pool heater was out of service but they gave us a rebate for the inconvenience. One major deficiency is the internet/WIFI with is satellite and somewhat slow and dropped frequently . If you need streaming for work or other activities you might be frustrated."

"The perfect Thanksgiving. House was just right for family of three although more people would have been fine too. Lived the crab shack and played lots of pool and ping pong. Kitchen well stocked. Owners were prompt in responding to any questions. We would come back in a heartbeat."
