"I travel regularly in Italy for business. On this occasion due to a late meeting I missed the last train home and was forced to stay the night. I was treated as a massive inconvenience for the staff. In particular the late night porter who was shockingly lecturing, patronising and sarcastic. I’ve enjoyed many stays in Italian hotels and without exception the staff have been excellent. This was exceptionally awful, I shall not be returning. "

"It was very cute and homely, however the interior design was a little bit outdated but nothing which impacted the stay. The initial directions given were a little bit confusing but once we asked the reception we were guided to the right path. It’s a lovely location with an amazing gelato store very close by as well as a gorgeous church nearby. There are many amenities such as a washer and drying rack and a fully equipped kitchen. "

"Fabulous and fully equipped apartment in a lovely setting with a “family” atmosphere. Very quiet and pieceful. Good restaurant. 2 km to town and train station."

"Ideal for an overnight stop while travelling. Easy parking and close to motorway. Spacious apartment for 5 people. Restaurants nearby including McDonalds. The only problem was that we were told about the 25 Euro cleaning charge AFTER we booked the room. (However, we are not sure whether we ended up paying it or not). "

"Good stay, we enjoyed it! Good things: very clean hotel, nice big & modern room with lots of different equipment included. Hotel staff helpful. Things we didn’t like so much: hotel felt so far away from everything. There is a tram and bus stop right there, including a train station. You have to get multiple trains to get into the centre. The tram was about 15-20 mins long. There was also a bus which frequently goes into the centre which is good but you definitely cannot walk all the way, it’s...

"My expectations were set by the description and images which show a terrace and describe multiple rooms. That describes a hotel to me, but what you actually get is a room elsewhere in the town down an alleyway. It was fine, but not what i thought i booked. I never saw the terrace (a big part of the reason i booked) and am not sure it's even there, and nearly didn't find the location for check in as its up a hidden alley off the main street with no clear signage. "Room was spacious though old. "Free" breakfast was very basic, with croissants provided, but coffee had to be bought from a coffee machine. We also found we could not use our power adaptors, as we had a two-point adaptor, which was fine everywhere else in Italy, while the room had three-point power points. Location though was very convenient, with a 10 minute walk to Central Station. "
