If you have a car and are driving to your villa or apartment, please follow these instructions. Using GPS will take you via old and less easy roads and unusual locations:
Leaving the airport take the dual carriageway in the direction of Funchal (road known as the Via Rápida).
Leave the Via Rápida at exit number 6 to Cam. de Lobos.
This exit takes will lead you to a T Junction, turn right to Câmara de Lobos.
After turning right drive for another 100metres, you wll pass Repsol petrol station and after that turn right again until. you reach a roundabout.
On the rounadbout take the 3rd exit signposted Cam. de Lobos.
After exiting the roundabout drive for about 1km on this road until you reach another roundabout.
On the roundabout take the 2nd exit signposted Centro and drive furhter 600m.
You will reach another roundabout, take the 2nd exit into the city centre.
When you reach the church turn left into Rua Dr. João Abel de Freitas.
Keep driving futher for another 280metres, you will Bayside Apartment building on number 39.
First park your car in the available spaces in front of the building. Follow the instructions that were sent in a separate email, so that you can then access the set of keys and the garage control. The designated parking spaces for BaySide Apartment are 19/20.
