Hotel fraco.
Hotel muito fraco! Queriam que cancelássemos a reserva para que nos dessem o desconto. Mas o desconto não incluía a taxa de calefação. Não quis fazê-lo, apesar da insistência da recepcionista. O preço é desproporcional a instação (paguei 1180 reais). A única vantagem era a calefação. Tínhamos q sair cedo e tentamos tomar o café as 7h30. Disseram q só teriam as 8h30 e nos deram uma torta de frango fria e café da máquina. Vi que tinham vários bolos na cozinha mas não nos ofereceram. A avaliação do hotel.com não retratou a realidade!

Minha expectativa pelo preço da estadia e avaliação do hoteis.com, era bem maior e não foi atendida. O quarto é muito menor que o demonstrado na foto, não havia lugar para estacionar pois o hotel estava lotado, itens que pelo valor deveriam estar incluídos como roupão foram cobrados a parte, alguns itens no café como panos estavam com cheiro de mofo, vista do quarto dava para um terreno ao lado do hotel com pilha de entulho, café da manhã regular e abaixo da expectativa do preço de reserva. Infelizmente minha experiência foi muito ruim, e deixei claro na minha avaliação na recepção, que me explicou ser uma questão de oferta e demanda, e que aparentemente não farão nada a respeito. Não aconselho pelo preço.

Muito bom, o quarto é excelente porém é pequeno. Não há um local para dispor as malas de forma satisfatoria apesar de haver um pequeno armário de apoio. O banheiro é bom de tamanho satisfatório.

Boa localização para quem está de carro, são poucos minutos para a Av. Principal (monte Verde). Boas instalações, com banheira, lareira, ótimo café da manhã.
