The house is an old Tuscan lemon house renovated with large windows and surrounded by greenery.
Built in 1700 in the neo-Gothic style by Count Joan Marchiò, it was originally the "house" where the lemon, orange and mandarin trees were sheltered for the winter.
Renovated in 2000 with care, but respecting the original structure and characteristics, the 70sqm villa on one level with a large garden in front can accommodate 4 adults (both a single bed and a baby bed can be added). Pets are allowed. It is composed of a large entrance hall where there is a large artistic marble fireplace. Living area with sofas and armchairs, dining area with table and antique furniture. In the secluded area of the living room there are 2 single beds which can also be joined together and form a double bed. The kitchen is separated with a vintage marble sink, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher. The bathroom is spacious with a shower. The master bedroom is very pretty and particular, with a window overlooking the garden. All ceilings are with exposed beams. The original terracotta bricks floors.
There are 2 private gardens and a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the hills. The gardens are equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners, for relaxing on sun loungers, for children's games and with a laundry area with washing machine.
The large oval swimming pool that can be seen from the windows is available to guests.
