"We booked a swim up pool room and we were not told that the pool is cold and does not work during certain times of the year. This would have been important to note as we would not have booked this room if we knew. The pool although closed was super dirty and not kept up well for a 5 star hotel I think they should at least keep that done. Besides that the room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Please note in “winter” they keep a heater constantly going in the room and it gets way too hot. They...

"This resort was amazing and high class. It does have an older crowd for the most part or at least the time that we went was end of September. We had the breakfast/dinner buffet included in our room, although we did not make it for breakfast. The dinner was great! The staff was really friendly and helpful. I needed some paperwork printed off, and they did that for me immediately and helped me with find a post office. The gym is small but has an amazing view. I would definitely stay here again...
