"The resort was lovely. There was unfortunately one front desk staff member who was rude all week to us and I feel she may be better suited for a position that does not interact with customers. The remainder of the front staff were very friendly and welcoming all week. I wish there would have been more of a variety of food options. There was only one restaurant open other than the buffet on any given night."

"This resort was amazing and high class. It does have an older crowd for the most part or at least the time that we went was end of September. We had the breakfast/dinner buffet included in our room, although we did not make it for breakfast. The dinner was great! The staff was really friendly and helpful. I needed some paperwork printed off, and they did that for me immediately and helped me with find a post office. The gym is small but has an amazing view. I would definitely stay here again...

"dont be worried about staying in the Natura building - its really lovely - the design and quality is there to see - the breakfast is incredible by the sea and overall you feel you are in a special hotel - 4 things to make it perfect - bigger beds, more pillows, heated plunge pools on balconies, teach the chef how to make scrambled tofu"

"The lady checking in was extremely nice, there’s a hotel with the same name in front of it so it’s easily confused. There’s no one to help with bags. It’s old dated not even close to a five star. on the plus side of the views were great."
