Good value for money, amazing spa, great location.
The hotel is in a great location and has an amazing spa. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool is ok, but would be nice if opened till late in high season. Beds and pillows could be a bit more comfortable for 4-star resort.

Amazing place, staff, facilities, food - You can trust and it will never go wrong !! We did book our second holiday after 6 yrs and to our surprise, the hotel staff kept a bottle of wine and cakes to welcome us back !! Amazing pool, events, party organised by the resort, varied food options and most friendly resort. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Lovely sunny break in April at Marsenses Rosa
Very pleasant helpful staff at check in, apartment very nice and roomy,clean and comfortable. lovely view from room, food was good and lots of choice. didnt visit the spa or use the pool was given full information on both. All in all a great short break in April

Great hotel. Nice and clean. Standard half board type of food, nothing spectacular with the food but lots of options and was pretty good. Lovely room and balcony. Day beds round the side was brilliant for an adults only type vibe - nice and quiet and relaxing. Pool round the corner with lots of sun beds for families. Great area. Easy to access. 20 mins from palma and the airport. Lovely and helpful staff. Estrella on tap which couldn’t be better!

The hotel was ok. We were half board, which was reasonably priced. The choice and quality of food at breakfast and dinner was ok, however most of the food was cold most of the time. Visited early September and there were plenty of sunbeds throughout the day. Staff were freindly.

We stayed in a junior suite room 237. Everything in the room was very clean. Air con was a bit noisy so we turned it off at night. Bed was a bit uncomfortable as the sheets kept coming loose duting the night. Bathroom was excellant with a 3 way shower and jacuzzi bath. We were on a half board basis, but be aware you cannot change the dinner option for lunch. Breakfast was good, but dinner was disappointing as there was not a lot for an irish pallet. Staff were very friendly and helpful and all spoke good english. There were plentey of restaurants within walking distance and we availed of these every second night instead of dinner in the dining room. During our stay there was a lot of very small babies staying, so be aware of that. Overall we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at this hotel and we would on balance recommend it for a stay.

Lovely hotel really fresh and clean Great splash pool for the kids Rooms are a bit cramped and lacking storage for clothes , also I don’t get the red sinks ? Always looks dirty trying to be a boutique hotel with red decor but doesn’t lend well to a good look Food good but limited selections in my opinion for both breakfast and dinner Charging for water I find strange ,every table Should have water free of charge Entertainment team ok as well all in all a good stay in a nice hotel but could improve on some fronts

Really nice hotel in a good location close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Room was spacious with comfortable beds, would have liked some drawer space to store more personal items but plenty of hanging and shelf space available. Sunny balcony with lovely view of the pool and glimpse of the sea too. Bathroom had walk in shower, not sure if it was just our room but the bathroom was a bit dark. Really enjoyed our first visit to Palma Nova and this hotel was a great base. We were bed breakfast and E/M and the food was really nice, something for everyone but depending on what time you go to the restaurant you may have to queue to get a table. Overall this hotel has everything you need for a relaxing comfortable holiday, we liked spending time around the pool and they're are plenty of sunbeds available at any time, water was 'refreshing' lol, great beach within 5minute walk. Had a really nice break in the sun, thank you.

Godt familie hotel
Virkelig dejligt familiehotel. Der var pools til alle aldre, samt indendørs pool og spa område der måtte benyttes med børn i 2 timer om dagen (husk badehætte). Morgen og aften buffet var varieret mad, så noget for enhver smag. Ualmindeligt servicemindet personale. Og som bonus var sengene rigtigt gode, hverken for hårde eller for bløde. Kommer gerne igen.

Wir sind eine 3 köpfige Familie und waren eine woche lang in diesem Hotel zu Gast. Da uns von vorne herein klar war, dass es sich hier um ein Familienhotel handelt, störte uns die Lautstärke am Pool und beim Essen nicht. Für Alleinreisende und Paare könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass es ihnen zu laut ist. Die Anlage an sich fanden wir im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels in der näheren Umgebung schön. Meist sind es doch eher größere "Bunker" aber die Anlage des MarSenses war schön und nicht zu standard. Wir fanden es auch schön, dass die die Anlage sehr gepflegt wurde und auch so aussah. Zudem ist dem Hotel die Nachhaltigkeit (Grüner Fußabdruck) sehr wichtig. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und auch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Zimmerservice kam jeden zweiten Tag, wobei eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung angemeldet werden kann. Die Zimmerreinigung war sehr gründlich. Das Buffet bei Frühstück und Abendessen (Wir hatten Halbpension) war sehr Auswahlreich, wobei es täglich wechselnde Schwerpunkte gab. Auch der Service war sehr zuvorkommend. Durch die vorangegangenen Bewertungen wussten wir, dass man hier sehr selten auf deutschsprachige Gäste trifft. Das liegt daran, dass Magaluf eher für englisch sprachige Touristen ausgelegt ist. Grundsätzlich ist das auch nicht schlimm.. nur war es für unseren 4jährigen Sohn teils schwer Kontakte zu knüpfen. Kleine Kritikpunkte wären: - Die Lautstärke ab 22 Uhr ist noch relativ - Trotz Verbot wurden schon ab 5 Uhr die Liegen reserviert.

Hôtel de qualité. La demi pension est excellente avec aucun recyclage comme dans la majorité des buffets. Attention. Si vous venez sans enfants, c’est un hôtel familial avec QUE des petits qui hurlent en permanence. Sinon personnel très agréable. À recommander
