Till att börja med får man tydligen inte fri wifi om man har bokat med expedia enligt personalen trots att det står i beskrivningen och ju är ett av kriterierna för att få vara hotell med 4 stjärnor. Istället fick vi använda 1 timme gäst wifi om dagen. Vår son som bokat exakt samma paket fick wifi till bägge i rummet. Ac fungerade inte utan vi fick använda en skrapande takfläkt. Startade vi AC bullrade det så det hördes i korridoren och ingen kyla kom. Vi fick rum på 5:e våningen med utsikt på baksidan av hotellets solpaneler och en massa skräp och cigarettfimpar. Skulle varit utsikt över poolen stod det. Myror på rummet trots att vi inte en enda gång tog upp vare sig mat eller dricka. En av dagarna dukades det fram kaffe och kanelbullar på bardisken och jag gick fram för att ta en kopp kaffe till mig och sambon. När jag sträckte mig hörde jag ett skarpt NO men reflekterade inte direkt över det jag menar jag är ju varken barn eller djur! Då kom en av personalen fram bakom disken och sa högt så att övriga bargästerna också hörde NO this is not for bar, if you want you go out! Med andra ord, min all inklusive dög inte utan jag skulle gå ut i byn och köpa fika. Genant då de andra vid baren tittade på mig. Varför inte sätta upp en skylt att det inte var för gäster utan för reklam eller vad det nu var för. Restaurangen var under all kritik. Smutsiga tallrikar, litet sortiment och rosa kyckling ena dagen. Innepoolen var stängd, spa bortplockat, inget gym ingen poolbar öppen.

Nourriture moyenne, dommage que les barman ont perdu leur courage pour faire le mojito.ils ont prétexté ne plus avoir de menthe.or il y en avait au supermarché du coin.il ne faut pas afficher des cocktails à la carte si on ne veut pas les faire.

Wir haben das Globale Parkhotel Santa Ponsa gebucht. Bei der Ankunft um 22:00 verwies man uns an das Globale Pioner nebenan. Das Abendessen bekamen wir in der Hoteleigenen Pizzeria. Auf Plastiktellern ,die zu klein für die Pizza waren kämpften wir mit Plastikbesteck diese zu schneiden. Auch Wein und Bier wurde im Plastikbecher ausgeschenkt. Für ein 4 * Hotel sehr merkwürdig. Parkplätze sind auch wenige vorhanden für diese große Hotelanlage. Ich würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Park yourself at the Santa Ponsa Park
We have stayed at both the sister Globales hotels before but found this the slightly better of the three, only slightly better as all three are excellent. The staff are helpful and polite and can't do enough for you. Rooms are large, spotlessly clean. There are activities arranged throughout the day if you want to join in or just watch and the evenings are covered as well. There is always plenty to eat at meal times with a good choice, well cooked and presented. The sweets are wonderful!

Super hotel! Daglig rengøring, alt var bare super. Fin beliggenhed. Rigtig godt hotel til pengene. Eneste negative ting er wifi. Hopper fra hele tiden.

Hotel ideal para descansar cerca de la playa
Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien, parece renovado recientemente. La comida del bufet un poco repetitiva y poca variedad. Mi hija y yo hemos estado en Abril, que tampoco era temporada alta, a lo mejor era por eso. Lo que no nos gustó demasiado era que había alojados mayores del imserso, en la habitación de al lado tenían la tele a todo volumen tanto a primera como a última hora de la noche cosa que molestaba bastante. Y al deambular por los pasillos de noche hablaban bastante alto. El personal de limpieza muy eficiente aunque quizás también un poco ruidoso en el desempeño de su trabajo. Por lo demás un hotel tranquilo para pasar unos días de descanso y disfrutar de la isla que es una maravilla

We went for our Honeymoon for a long week. Check in was easy and quick. We got our double room on a 4th floor with a seaview. Well, it was not a double room actually. We got 2 single beds put together (not even zipped together so when we tried to sleep on it, it always fall apart) but we did not want to complain or change the room as anything else was ok, we tried to sleep on one bed which was tidy a bit. Clean, nice bathroom with a good pressure in the shower. Food was excellent, we never felt hungry as they provided so many choices. Restaurant and a Bar staff was a bit uncare of the guests (which I do understand why. So many really rude and unpatient guests were around them.

It was OK, nothing spectacular
Generally the hotel was OK, we did the all inclusive option and the food and drinks were alright. Wasn't impressed with the housekeeping and toiletries provided. We asked for more shower gels and we were very embarrassed when they kept saying we already put 2 in your bathroom. This happened twice. I can have several showers as many times as I want, especially after sandy beach days or pool times. This so-called 4 star hotel should not be rationing petty toiletries like shower gels. They practically almost made us beg for it. Another issue with the hotel is that most of the staff have very poor English and we had to sign language a lot. It is a tourist area and tourist hotel with lots of English-speaking clientele, and you'd expect that they would cater for that.

Schoon, net en keurig verzorgd hotel.
Santa ponca, een prachtig plaatsje met een heerlijk strand en zee. Mooie omgeving om rond te rijden. Mooie vergezichten en blauw water. Een zeer net en keurig hotel. 4 sterren zeker waard. Prima en vriendelijk personeel. Bij aankomst geholpen door een Nederlandse dame, Charlotte. Vriendelijke en behulpzaam. Palma een prachtige stad. Route langs kust in het noorden zeker een rit waard. Komen zeker nog eens terug.

Für ein paar Tage gutes zentrales Hotel
200 m zum Strand, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, für ein paar Tage ein gutes Hotel, sauber. Zu 80-90% "very british", Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Essen sehr langweilig, jeden Tag das gleiche, für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen (wer Wert darauf legt)

Hotel closed for refurb
Arrived at destination at 2.30am to find hotel closed and under refurb no instructions where to go and no info from Expedia. Eventually found partner hotel but three adults had to share a room suitable for two, husband had to help move bed into room.

Clean , newly decorated warm and welcoming
Great service , staff were polite and friendly , hotel is newly decorated and I couldn't fault it in anyway esp the price I payed vs value for money , my only concern would be what type of Brit will it attract who would spoil it in the busy season, with this and its location it could become noisy but not something the hotel can prevent, so as long as the larger louts stay away it's a good place to stay, close to the beach and lil town and the food was your standard all inclusive type but it was clean everywhere and nicely presented, thanks to all the staff who made effort for us to have a nice long weekend

Det var den värsta sortens vistelse. Man har rest en hel del men aldrig upplevt så mycket negativa upplevelser på samma hotell vistelse. Rekommenderar inte detta hotellet till någon som vi känner.
