Beautiful, modern luxury villa with unique sea view and lonely bay

The villa was completely renovated and rebuilt in the last 2 years and finished in 2015. Originally purchased due to its location and view, it is now one of the most beautiful villas on the Costa. The living-dining area is connected. From the living/dining area, an approximately 150 sq. m terrace is perfect to relax with an infinity pool. Connected to the kitchen is an outdoor kitchen with a Tepanyaki Gas Grill and a coal grill. There is another terrace here as well, which is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors. Whether from the shower, different terraces or nearly all rooms, there is a wonderful view of the sea. A short path (about 4 minutes) is enough to get to the idyllic sand beach. A few meters more and you are in the most beautiful beach bar (a lot of Spanish people, few tourists and cheap wine;-))
To minimize the cleaning costs for our guests, we ask you to leave the fee of 250€ directly with our cleaning staff.

The experience of staying in Villa Casa Blanca was fantastic from start to finish . The house is finished to a very high standard and its location is perfect . The particular highlight for me is the roof terrace , the area that is well known for its sunsets and the views are fantastic.. I’d definitely use the house again ..

Entspannte Tage zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr
Traumhafte Villa in einer sehr guten Lage. Besonders der Whirlpool mit Blick auf Ibiza auf dem Dach des Hauses hatte es uns angetan. Hier kann man auch im Winter abends noch entspannen. Wir haben den Urlaub, das Haus und die Terrasse in vollen Zügen genossen. Gerne wieder.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub!
Die Villa ist sehr schön und die Lage ist super! Die Ausstattung im Obergeschoss ist sehr gut. Das einzige was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat waren die 4 Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss. Die Betten sind zum Teil sehr klein und eine 2er Belegung ist nicht in jedem Bett möglich. Der Check in und Check out Vorgang war Perfekt!

Schönes modernes Haus in phantastischer Lage mit sehr privatem Flair. Geeignet für 8 Personen, die gemeinsam ihren Urlaub in einem besonderen Ambiente erleben wollen. Gute Lage unweit zum Strand, Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Perfekt gelegen für den Abend in Port Andratx. Freundlicher Vermieter und perfekte Betreuung durch Familie Schüssler.

Haus ist top, aber
Das Haus, der Ort und die Aussicht sind top. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen: Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig. Nachts vernimmt man ein brummen, was wohl von dem Betrieb einer Pumpe beim Carport herrührt. Ansonsten ist aber alles absolut in Ordnung und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gelöst. Tolle Aussicht, tolle Ausstattung, super viele Terrassen etc, da kann man wirklich ins Schwärmen kommen und möchte jeden Urlaub verlängern. Leider verlief unser Aufenthalt nicht allzu rund, was die Beschreibung und Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer betrifft. Dieser ist übrigens sehr nett und ich möchte hier auch keine Absicht unterstellen und hoffe lediglich auf unbeabsichtigte Umstände. Das Haus wurde uns mit Sauna angeboten. Dieses Suchkriterium haben wir bei der Auswahl mit angegeben. Da wir im April reisten, zu dem Zeitpunkt sowohl die Tage als auch die Nächte noch kühl sind und wir die Reise als Saisonvorbereitung für unseren Sport buchten, war diese für uns unabdingbar. In der Kommunikation vor Reiseantritt wurde uns ein nicht Vorhandensein der Sauna verschwiegen, ja sogar so getan, als wäre sie vorhanden. Einen Tag vor Reiseantritt am späten Abend wurde uns dieser Umstand dann mitgeteilt. Während des Aufenthaltes wurde sodann mündlich eine Entschädigung vereinbart. Der Eigentümer hat wohl sein Grundstück überbaut und hätte mit der Sauna keine Abnahme der Behörden erhalten, sodass er diese kurzerhand zumauern ließ und die Hoffnung hatte, dass die Mauer vor unserem Reiseantritt wieder beseitigt worden wäre. Wir sind am Montag morgen geflogen, es mag Arbeiter geben, die Abends und am Wochenende irgendwelche Mauern entfernen, jedoch kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, dass eine behördliche Abnahme zu solchen Zeiten stattfindet. Eine Bekanntgabe etwaiger nicht vorhandener oder nutzbarer Ausstattungen wurde somit bewusst verschwiegen. Viel schlimmer ist für uns jedoch der Umstand, dass die zugesagte Entschädigungssumme nicht ausgezahlt wurde und mit angeblich durch uns verursachten Schäden verrechnet wurde. Auch die Endreinigung, die mit 250,-€ zu Buche schlägt und dann nicht von der angepriesenen Putzfrau durchgeführt wird, sondern vom vor Ort ansässigen Ehepaar (die auch die Schäden entdeckten, uns diese jedoch beim auschecken vergaßen mitzuteilen), riecht ein bisschen nach Abzocke. Der freundliche und zuvorkommende Eigentümer spricht die ganze Zeit davon, dass ihm Geld nicht so wichtig sei - wir haben andere Erfahrungen gemacht und müssen unser Recht nun anders einfordern!

Absolut zauberhaft und gerne jederzeit noch einmal
Ein wunderschönes, liebevoll gepflegtes Haus mit allem technischen Komfort. Mehr geht kaum und ein Meerblick zum träumen. Man braucht aber ein Auto für Einkäufe und Restaurantbesuche da der Ort nicht touristisch ist.

Wir waren mit 8 Männer in dieser traumhaft schönen Villa, es haben alle von uns jeden Moment genossen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles von super Qualität, ein traumhafter Ausblick aufs Meer, unglaublich freundliche Einweisung von Gerlinde und Toni vor Ort. Es ist rundherum zu empfehlen! Wer bei diesem Objekt wirklich ernsthaft rummeckert, dem ist nicht mehr zu helfen und grundsätzlich nicht zufrieden zu stellen. Wir buchen diese Villa garantiert wieder.

Nähe zu Palma gut für Bar - und Clubliebhaber und Ausflüge bei schlechtem Wetter.

Ein Platz zum "chillen", Seele baumeln lassen oder was immer das Herz begehrt. Die Lage ist einmalig mit Meerblick und ist ideal in die Landschaft eingebettet. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr, sehr genossen.

4 Millionen Dollar Villa mit allen erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten
wir haben mit 8 Personen insgesamt 16 Tage in dem Domizil verbracht und sind sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist top gepflegt, sehr ruhig und gut gelegen und bestens ausgestattet: 3 möblierte Terrassen, Grill, Jacuzzi auf Dachterrasse, Soundsystem, KNX Steuerung usw. In der gemütlichen Inneneinrichtung steckt viel Liebe zum Detail: eine Mischung aus modernem Bauhaus-Stil und z.B. rertro-Fliesen in den Bädern. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch der herrschaftliche Meerblick auf die Bucht von Costa de la Calma von fast allen Schlafzimmern, dem Wohnbereich und natürlich der Dachterasse. Hier kann man im Jacuzzi den Sonnenuntergang genießen....

Traumhaft schön!
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche) haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und technischen Finessen: ausgeklügelte Beleuchtung (meist dimmbar), Soundsystem in allen Räumen, sehr schöne und bequeme Möblierung, mit allem nötigen ausgestattete Küche, qualitativ hochwertige Betten. Aussen genossen wir die verschiedenen Terrassen, allesamt mit stilvollen und bequemen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten ausgerüstet, den sehr schönen Pool aus Stein mit Wasserfall, die Aussenduschen, die Aussenküche mit Teppanyaki Grill. Abends sassen wir oft im Jacuzzi auf dem Dach und genossen die Rundumsicht auf die Lichter der umliegenden Dörfer, Berge und das Meer - einfach toll! Das Gefühl ist wie auf einem Schiff, mit bequemen Liegen und Segeln, die vor der Sonne schützen. Gute Lage in Costa de la Calma, nahe zu Palma, schönen Ortschaften und Häfen, und dem Tramuntana Gebirge. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten Distanz. Der Gastgeber Fabrice ist sehr freundlich, grosszügig und hilfsbereit, und das Ehepaar Schüssler hat uns bestens empfangen und betreut. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir haben uns enorm wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist spitze!
Das Haus ist wirklich super. Es ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es hat einen wunderschöner Pool, auf der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Ein Highlight ist der Whirlpool auf dem Dach des Hauses, ebenfalls mit Meeresblick. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Ein wirkliches Traumhaus!
