"We had a lovely stay. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The barn was very roomy, well equipped with beautiful views out of the patio window. "A fantastic property set in quiet, idyllic surroundings. A great layout and had all mod cons that you could think of. The pictures do not do it justice and we will definitely be back. Our only issue which was out of the owners control which was a power cut to all of the surrounding area due to Storm Darragh, but they were on hand to do everything they could to assist during it. "

"We were visiting our son studying at Exeter University for the semester. Convenient by car. Ample parking. We loved the Guidebook put together by the property manager. It was extensive and instructions were clear. The only thing we had to hunt for was the linens/covering for the hideaway. Kitchen had what we needed for cooking. Thanks!"

"Can’t say enough about this house. Was a nice size and great location for a wedding at Dear Park. Walk to pub and east drive to Honiton. Everything perfect. Very modern and clean. "

"Lovely house with lots of room and lots of equipment, crockery etc. comfy beds . Outside seating but never used as weather was somewhat wet and windy, but had a couple of sunny spells to make use of hot tub. Jane was very communicative and an ideal host. Thoroughly recommend,"
