"When I say “Beverly Hills” status I mean, this property is like a mini mansion to where you really get that bang for your buck. My family and I enjoyed everything this listing had to offer best of all so quiet and peaceful. Wonderful full, everything was well kept. I would recommend 1000%. Thank you."

"From the very start of booking, communication was excellent and fast in responding. We arrived with what felt like VIp service and security. They were very thorough in explaining everything from the location of kitchen supplies, how to use code to lock and enter the house as well as gates. The minute we pulled in you see a beautiful courtyard, the house and a firpit with seating. Three bedrooms spacious with 3 full bathrooms. Large kitchen and dining area. Super clean!! "We were 3 families and all with kids and we did not once feel crowded. The only downside of it all, that was not a big issue was the AC. They did the job just did not get as cold as we would of liked. They did take a while for the rooms to cool down. El senor Juaquin was very helpful and assisted us in any thing we needed. The property manager was very fast to reply when I had question. Over all, our stay was amazing! "

"We had the pleasure of spending our holiday weekend at this Punto Palmarcito estate. The entire home was a perfect amount of space for 18 of us. We could have definitely fit 3-5 more if we shared more beds. The staff that helps with the property was so helpful. We had breakfast made for us every morning and it was so affordable. They helped us with grocery shopping and errands too! The pool was clean and maintained by the groundskeeper. Fenced in property for that extra layer of security....

"8 men all enjoyed our stay, the place is awesome, great location, and the on site staff was great including the driver and the cook. The food was actually top notch, we had breakfast and dinner every day at the house and the food was better than the nearby restaurants. Highly reccomend. "

"This home is beautiful Atami beach is just a few minutes away and it is breathtaking. The property owner Mr. Salvador was wonderful he responded immediately anytime we needed anything a pleasure to have him as our host. Hector the groundskeeper is amazing very helpful and kind. "We really had a great time at this home! We were on a family trip and other members were staying at another house in same community! This rental was clean and very spacious! Beds were comfortable! Hernan the attendant at the house and Jose the owner were both very responsive to our needs! They even got our groceries for us so they were there when we arrived! If you want a relaxing vacation this is the place to go! We felt safe and relaxed on our trip!"
