Warm detached cottage with garden near the beach

Accommodation description:
This cosy detached cottage, together with its wood-burning stove and large windows, ensures a warm and light stay. Both in summer and winter, you will enjoy nature indoors and outdoors. You find yourself wonderfully free and enjoy a beautiful view over the farmlands with the dunes behind while eating breakfast. Escaping the hustle and bustle certainly works here!

Callantsoog has been a very popular seaside resort for many years. The beautiful wide sandy beach, clean seawater and fine beach pavilions, some of which are open all year round, certainly contribute to this. Callantsoog has a cosy centre where you have a wide choice of restaurants whether you go for a more luxurious meal or just want some chips, there are plenty of options. There are also some nice boutiques and a supermarket open 7 days a week. Nature lovers should definitely visit the Zwanenwater. While walking through this unique nature area consisting of woods, fens and heathland, you will find peace and quiet. The area is home to many special birds, including a spoonbill colony. Want to go out for the day? The historic centre of Alkmaar with its famous cheese market is half an hour away and Amsterdam an hour

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll und extrem gut ausgestattet. Sowohl der Ortskern als auch der Strand sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeit gibt es direkt am Haus. Die fast Rundrumterasse mit den Sitzgelegenheiten und dem Sichtschutz bietet einen ruhigen, ungestörten und erholsamen Aufenthalt von der ersten Minute an. Für einen schönen Urlaub wirklich empfehlenswert.

Feedback zur Ferienwohung
Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber und der Check In Vorgang mit dem Schlüssel lief Problemlos. Die Wohnung ist schön aufgeteilt, hell und gemütlich. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist ausgiebig eingerichtet. Die Terrassen und das Dachfenster haben sogar ein Fliegengitter was ziemlich praktisch ist. Die Terrasse ist schön Eingerichtet. Allerdings hatten wir leider Pech mit dem Wetter, und dadurch das wir nicht draußen sitzen konnten, hat sich die hohe Summe nicht ganz so gelohnt. Etwas ärgerlich. Ich würde aber die Wohnung von Villa for You wieder buchen! Die kleine Promenade ist Fußläufig, aber auch mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Der Strand ebenso.

De wijde blik
Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage mit sagenhaftem Weitblick in Richtung Dünen, wenn man am Küchentisch oder auf der vorderen Terrasse sitzt. Blick vom Wohnzimmer geht nach hinten raus. Insgesamt ist das Haus kompakt gestaltet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Auch sehr netter Kontakt mit dem hilfsbereiten Eigentümer.

Wir haben es genossen, in diesem schönen und stimmungsvollen kleinen Haus zu wohnen, das eigentlich gar nicht so klein ist. Sie würden dort leben wollen. Vollständig ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. Wunderbare Wärme dank Fußbodenheizung und hervorragender Isolierung. Verwendung von schönen Materialien. Heizen Sie den Holzofen an und genießen Sie. Ruhe, Platz, schöne Aussicht und der Strand in der Nähe. Es lohnt sich, dies zu wiederholen.
