Our sunny, quiet apartment 'Culan' is the second last apartment on the 2nd floor in a small apartment building (with elevator) next to the Badhotel Fletcher in Callantsoog. It is located just 600 meters from the sandy beach and can accommodate 2 people.

The apartment is about 50 m2 large. It has handsome, loving and comfortable furnishings. In the apartment is a laminate floor. The Living room has a sofa, 1 reed chair and 1 reading cheer, TV with international channels and a radio with CD player. The kitchen is open and fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave, nice dining area.
Sunny balcony (South) with comfortable, adjustable chairs and parasol. The bathroom is spacious with tub / shower and toilet. There is one bedroom with box spring beds and plenty of cupboard space.

Gute Lage
Als Ausgangspunkt für weitere Ausflüge super. Fußweg bis zum Strand ca.600 m. Gut machbar. Wohnung prima, Balkon prima. Leider sehr hellhörig, Kleinigkeiten summierten sich. (Defekte Glühbirnen Bad/Dunstabzugshaube, Griff des Gefriefachs abgebrochen daher nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, Balkontisch sollte unbedingt mal ausgetauscht werden, da wackelig ohne Ende, im Bett rollt man immer wieder in die Mitte)

war ganz schön
Callantsoog an sich ist ein nettes kleines Örtchen, in dem man sich wohlfühlen kann und man alles bekommt, was man so braucht. Unsere Wohnung war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Matratzen leider sehr durchgelegen, die Wasserhähne getrennt in kalt und warm. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist mindestens 1km, was für uns kein Problem war aber vielleicht für andere schon relevant. Den Elektroschrank haben wir leider nicht gefunden, da er nicht beschrieben oder beschriftet war. In diesem wäre ein Staubsauger und ein Sonnenschirm und wahrscheinlich noch mehr Sachen drin gewesen. Brigitte war sehr bemüht und hat schnell geantwortet. Als mal etwas kaputt war, haben wir gleich am nächsten Tag Ersatz bekommen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, mit Südbalkon. Nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet, da man über eine kleine Schwelle in die Wohnung geht.

Erholsame Tage verbracht
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Culan sehr genossen. Das Schlafzimmer ist ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen und garantiert erholsame Nächte. Der Balkon lädt zum Genießen ein und man hat einen schönen Blick in die Natur.

Ein schöner Urlaub am Meer
Wir haben die Woche in Callantsoog sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Parkplätze sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Das Appartementhaus liegt am Ortsrand aber sowohl das Ortszentrum, als auch der Übergang zum Strand liegen nicht weit entfernt. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung im Apartmenthaus in Callantsoog. Gute Lage fußläufig zum Meer/Strand. Alles da, was benötigt wird, schöner kleiner Balkon in Sonnenlage. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in Alkmaar, nach Den Helder und auch für einen Tagesausflug nach Texel.

Gemütliche Wohnung in Strandnähe
Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und gut eingerichtet. Der Strand war nur etwa 600m entfernt. Das Dorfzentrum ist nur etwa 1 km entfernt. Das Schlafzimmer war ruhig gelegen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Wermutstropfen: der Balkon grenzt direkt an die Nachbarbalkone. Man ist zwar sichtgeschützt, aber laute, auf dem Balkon rauchende Nachbarn können manchmal störend sein.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche gut ausgestattet. In den Betten haben wir super geschlafen. Strand und Dorfmitte ist in 10-15 Minuten gut Fussläufig zu erreichen. Im Restaurant Dorfzich haben wir super lecker gegessen. Auch der Urlaubsort selbst nicht zu groß & hektisch. Kommen gerne wieder

Urlaub am schönsten Nordseestrand
Die Ferienwohnung ist gut gelegen und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Fahrräder können in einer abgeschlossenen und überdachten Unterstellmöglichkeit abgestellt werden. Die Buchung, Bezahlung und Schlüsselübergabe waren einfach und unbürokratisch.

Jederzeit wieder!
Die Wohnung war super sauber und gemütlich. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Bei schlechtem Wetter, hat man sich gerne auch „zu Hause“ aufgehalten. In nichtmal 15 Minuten ist man am Strand und in der Einkaufsstraße. Diese Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage
