"Love this place, but its not in the greatest condition. Upstairs decking was extremely slick after it rained, which lasted well into the following day. Had some large ants the first night and termites the second night (just so management knows). Otherwise, its a great place to stay in the heart of town, with clean rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. Mermaid bar was great - small and friendly. "

"If you like B&B's you will like this place. Charles and Rebecca are wonderful hosts and very focused on pleasing their clientele. The B&B is spotlessly clean with great A/C and good food. The parking is a little tight but workable. Historic downtown is very walkable with lots of great places to eat. We never ate at the same place twice. We very much enjoyed our visit. "
