"In the area for a funeral. The cottage gave us lots of room to be together and relax. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows, and plenty of plush bath towels. Kitchen was well-stocked. The unit had some cleanliness issues (dog hair, cobwebs, hair in shower), but otherwise was a perfect stay. "We had a wonderful time! Home & grounds were beautiful & serene. We did have trouble using the oven, it didn’t heat up. (Did not cause us any problems, we just used the stovetop instead) but you may want to have it checked. "

"When we got there we had to clear spider webs off the doors to open them up. (That should have been a clue) It was hot a stuffy in the house, but they left fans since there is no air conditioning (thank you). When we got everything opened up it cooled down pretty well. we arrived kind of late, so we started dinner and let the kids play in the game room. around 8pm my daughter went to get the kids and a few inches from my 10-month-old grandson was a large black widow spider. "The property was very well maintained and very clean! It had plenty of natural light and the lighter color paints throughout helped brighten the place up. Beds were comfy as well as the living room sofa. Driveway was a little tricky for parking if you don't use the owner's suggestion. Property has all the pots, pans and cooking utensils to make your own meals as well as some condiments."

"Conveniently located cabin California Hot Springs area of Sequoia. Near to cafe and convenience store — not to mention all the activities and beauty of Sequoia. One bedroom with a queen bed. Cozy living room with a wood-burning stove for heat augmented with electric space heaters. Efficiency kitchen, outdoor deck area overlooking stream. Friendly, attentive management. We had a great two day visit!"
