"The proprietor Rose was clueless about VRBO and stated the room we reserved was already occupied. Her spouse Gino was away for the night - and she didn’t know what to do. "A lovely hotel with friendly & helpful staff. Large studio apartment. Everywhere is kept clean. Breakfast selection is limited, although fine for me. Maintenance work continued on main pool so this was closed. People put towels to reserve sunbeds which would be frustrating at high season. 20 min walk into Vilamoura which was further than we’d thought but an easy walk, so not a problem for us.
