Stylish Living: Open-concept design with two spacious bedrooms, each featuring luxury queen-size mattresses with ample closet space and a dedicated office space for your work needs.

Fully Equipped: Stainless steel kitchen appliances, dining area for four, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. This is a bright basement suite and is kept cool throughout the summer months.

Entertainment & Comfort: High-speed internet, a 70" smart TV, and an electric fireplace to enhance your relaxation.

Convenience: In-suite laundry and one free parking space for a hassle-free stay.

Pet-Friendly: Bring your furry friends along to enjoy the comfort of our suite.

Enjoy full access to the lower guest suite, with a separate entrance at the back of the duplex. One free parking spot on the left side of the back driveway is allocated to this suite.

Nestled along the Bow River, Montgomery offers a charming small-town feel with easy access to outdoor activities, dining, and shopping. Take a short drive to the mountains via the nearby Trans-Canada Highway or explore the vibrant city life of Calgary. Dine at local favorites like NOtaBLE and Angel's Cafe, explore the Bow River pathways, or enjoy a day of family fun at Shouldice Park. Montgomery offers a small-town feel with big-city amenities.

The blue chair converts into a small cot, and the ottomans can be used for sleeping on the couch with provided linens.

House Rules for Our Montgomery Retreat

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 3 PM, and check-out time is by 10 AM. Please let us know if you need flexibility with these times, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house and on the property. A cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated.

3. Parties and Events:
Parties and events are allowed until 10 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially after this time, as there is a unit above that could be disturbed by loud music or noises.

4. Pets:
Pets are allowed. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet.

5. Noise Level:
Quiet hours are after 10 PM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect our neighbors and the guests staying in the basement apartment.

6. Parking:
Street parking is available in front of the house. Please be considerate of our neighbors when parking your vehicle.

7. Safety and Security:
Please ensure that all doors and windows are locked when you leave the house.
Exterior security cameras are in place for your safety and the security of the property.

8. Waste Management:
We encourage composting and recycling. Blue bins are for recycling, green bins for compost, and black bins for regular garbage. Please do not leave garbage outside of the bins. Regular garbage bags are not recyclable nor compostable.
Green Bin (Compost): Food scraps, food-soiled paper, yard waste, coffee grounds and filters, wooden items like chopsticks.
Blue Bin (Recycling): Paper, cardboard, plastic containers (#1-7), metal cans, glass bottles and jars, empty aerosol cans, Tetra Pak cartons.

9. Damages:
Guests are responsible for any damages or losses to the property during their stay. Please report any incidents as soon as they occur.

10. Cleanliness:
We take pride in the cleanliness of our home. Please help us maintain it by tidying up before you leave and disposing of trash in the provided bins.

11. Respect the Space:
Treat our home with respect and care. Any illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your stay.

12. Emergency Contact:
In case of emergency, please contact us immediately. Emergency contact information will be provided upon check-in.
