Great location and accommodation well suited for our business trip. After some required missing items the host was very quick to respond! The pick up key was very accommodating for a late date pick up after hours which suits our schedule. Beautiful rooftop patio we enjoyed! Looking forward to our next stay!
Great location, easy check-in and availability of key, they accommodated our small service dog. The kitchen utensils and items were better stocked than most others in the same building however I would suggest to improve this great location would be adding in more kitchen items such as a few large bowls for mixing and salads, as well as a casserole dish for microwave cooking

Nice place but a few hiccups.
This is a nice condo in a decent area. The location was perfect for us as we had race venue at confederation park and it was a short drive away. There were some points for improvement. The key wasn’t easy to access or return. You have to pick it up across the river, so not super convenient. The ad says 5 can sleep there, however the pullout couch is in such rough shape that the mattress is concave and we couldn’t use it as a bed. It also only came equipped with 3 forks and 2 spoons making eating for a family of 5 awkward. We baked a casserole (in our own dish) and discovered there are no oven mitts in this unit. I spent half an hour scrubbing eggs from our breakfast and couldn’t figure out why it was impossible to clean (my daughter had cooked them). After looking for a bigger pan, I did find one but it was so filthy with burnt, cooked on food that I’d throw it out of it was mine. That might explain the scrubbing needed on the small pan. There was also an overwhelming smell of pot upon entering the suit and the walls were filthy. Particularly in the second bedroom where the bed bumps against the wall. My poor daughter did not want to sleep there. Nice unit but needs improvement in cleaning of the items and supplies offered.

Not the greatest
They requested photo ID of me AND my friend who would be staying in the unit. I didn't have a good feeling about that since when do places ask for picture ID of guests who are not registering/paying? But, two nights had already been charged to my card so could not cancel and get a refund. When I could not find a way to upload the IDs on the VRBO app, they sent a private email address divided into separate messages via the app (when VRBO clearly states do not send money or communicate outside the app or website). I found a way to send the photos via the VRBO website. The sketchy key pick-up and drop-off from a downtown late night liquor store seemed odd as the unit is in Sunnyside, the walls were scuffed, felt like a dorm, big stains on the couch (more visible at night), vomit stain on the bathroom carpet, pillow smelled like man sweat, but the sheets were washed, I would suggest washing the pillows. There was a unit camera recording you at the entrance door to the suite. The whole thing did not leave me feeling very secure if I am honest, even though the building was secure with fobs for entry. I think it is a party place for stampeders. I have empathy for the owners if the unit has been trashed by drunk people, but overall, it seemed there was a weariness and fear based vibe to the communications, and the unit and how it is cared for that made the stay uncomfortable. It depends what you are comfortable with, it didn't seem up to the standards of other units priced similarly.
