2. Quiet Hours: We value a peaceful atmosphere for all guests. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. Please be respectful of your neighbors during these times.
3. Damage Deposit (For All Bookings EXCEPT AIRBNB): A $500 damage deposit will be automatically authorized from the payment method on file. This deposit will be held upon check-out. If no damages or additional fees are required, this deposit will be refunded to you after 7 days.
4. No Parties or Events: Our property is in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. No parties or events are allowed on the premises. Please respect our neighbors' peace and privacy.
5. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the house. There will be an additional fine for smoking on the property
6. No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pets policy in our property. Please refrain from bringing any pets onto the premises. If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform us in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements.
7. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 9. Please do not exceed this limit. All guests must be registered in advance.
8. Respect the Property: We take pride in our home; please treat it with care and respect. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest responsible.
9. Security: Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property, and ensure the property is secure during your stay.
10. The person who booked is required to send a photo of his/her ID and the full names of the other guests staying for verification purposes only on the side of the hosts.

The rental had lots of room for 6 adults. The view of downtown was Awesome. Parking was great. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was quiet. Would definitely rent again.

We were 4 couples that stayed for a function in Calgary. The house was perfect for us, a great space to hang out, make brunch and enjoy the backyard. The only request I have would be to put some hooks around the hot tub to hang towels. Great communication by the host. Hope to come back again soon!
