Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.

The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests, including children. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

3. Cleanliness
Please leave the property tidy and dispose of all trash in the designated bins outside behind the stairs. Excessive cleaning required after your stay may incur an additional fee.

4. Damages & Issues
Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay. Please report any issues, broken items, or concerns promptly so we can address them.
