Staff at check in were condescending like they were doing me a favour by letting me check in for a room I’d already paid for. Warning: they don’t just put a hold on your credit card at check in. They make it an actual transaction which I’ve never had anywhere else. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am asking if we wanted service while I was still in bed. Breakfast was horrible. Best thing about the hotel was leaving and never coming back.

The property was fine; the check-in was difficult primarily because of Expedia; after trying seven times with two different credit cards I could not modify my reservation from 1 night to 2 nights so I had to have two separate reservations which meant two check-ins, two deposits and so on. Fortunately Hampton tried to make it as seamless as possible.

Had a really good stay at this property and their breakfast option was really great. I loved the fact that they had hot items avaliable for breakfast that was cooked on site. My family and I stayed for 3 days and it was really good. We would definitely stay again
