Must return National Park Pass, otherwise there is a $200 Charge. Simple ID verification pre-arrival form may be required upon checking in, including a pre-authorization hold 500 security deposit.

○ We verify everything is functional before your check-in. We recommend after check-in, you verify everything is functional and happy before your stay! (this protects both you and us from issues that may arise)
○ Tampering with safety devices/equipment will be warned only ONCE through your booking platform (we are notified when unplugged, moved, etc.). 2nd notification will be a call from us directly, and 3rd offence will be asked to leave.
○ Any damaged utilities or equipment will be subject to fees that will be claimed through your booking platform. Please maintain our lovely home thank you.
○ Strictly no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property
○ There is a $250CAD fine will be charged, if smoking with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from a unit per condo by law and fine policy.
○ Please keep lights off when not in use, outside, balcony, and inside of the home.
○ No shoes inside. Please remove outdoor shoes while in the home.
○ Quiet hours: 10 pm to 7 am (this is a residential building).
○ We do have a strict complaint policy. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, we have a noise detector.
○ Absolutely no parties, drugs, excessive drinking or loud music. Events for work or meetings are allowed.
○ Please exercise caution on the balcony. All children must be supervised by an adult while on the balcony.
○ Guest will be charged $200 for Banff Pass, $200 for unit fob, if not returned. (applicable to Banff/Fob supported units)
○ Unauthorized late check out will result in an extra night stay or additional fees. Request ahead of time, and we will try to see if possible. Otherwise, kindly please be out before 11 am.
○ Garbage/Recycling/Compost, anything in the incorrect bins, unbagged items, or overall mess after your stay will be charged $50 fine.
