"Maria was very responsive and easy to work with. The condo has great views and plenty of room. Beds are comfortable and AC can cool it down in the evening. Close to the beach but there is a good hill to climb on the way back up. Easy to walk to restaurants in town via the beach if interested. Guards at the property are awesome but don't speak much english so bring a Spanish speaker if possibe. Nice and quiet as well with posted quiet hours. We'll be back."

"I highly recommend Greg as a host and Villa Almendro as a comfortable place to stay in Santa Teresa. If you want to be close to the beach, shops and restaurants, without being smack in the center of town, you won't find a better location.
