"Hotel was overall very good, all inclusive choice of food was excellent, alcohol choices were extremely poor. I would normally stay in H10 and it doesn't really compare to be honest. At H10 you get a choice of a bottle of water or glass of wine with your dinner. Here you only got a small glass of water. Room was very clean and air conditioning was also very efficient, hotel overall was well manicured which makes for a very pleasant experience. Shower size and pressure was excellent, there seemed to be a slight glitch in that occasionally where the shower water would get very hot quite quickly without having touched the regulator (Room 326). Hotel location is very good approx 4km from the port in Puerto del Carmen and something similar to the airport runway. The beach to the front of the hotel is an excellent beach and reasonably safe. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, hotel is designed to make it feel like each room is an apartment and when you leave the room you get a feeling of being outside immediately which is quite nice and takes away the claustrophobic feel of hotel corridors. Entertainment was also very good taking into account it is a holiday hotel, a lot of the performers seemed to be from Bulgaria and we really enjoyed the shows they put on and you could tell there was a lot of effort put in with limited stage and equipment to probably work with so they deserve a lot of credit. Overall its a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay."

"Stayed here for 2 nights with my boyfriend for a nice short get away. We were amazed with how lovely the hotel is, the rooms were big with plenty of room and very clean. Welcome drinks on arrival and managed to get into the room at 2.15. Breakfast was the best I have had abroad yet. Plenty of selection, massive points for the variety of fresh smoothies they offer. 10/10 Overall we would definitely come back"

"1st time at the hotel for a two night stop, easy check in, stayed all inclusive, excellent value, great choice of food and drink. Great idea to give a free spa session if all inclusive. Good choice of swim pools and activities throughout the day, good evening entertainment, Friday morning market down at the harbour a bonus. "

"Enjoyed my stay! Location is perfect for a quiet holiday, the main area of Teguise is a short walk/bus. I was half board, lots of choices at both breakfast and dinner and a different theme at dinner. The room was nice, fresh and kept clean. Nice touch with the toothbrush and toothpaste I took for travel home - thank you! Reception team were helpful and friendly. There is a fully packed timetable of things going on, didnt take part and the entertainment wasn't annoying when chilling at the pool - was fun to watch the games. I would recommend staying here. "

"Good location, near a bus stop that was handy to get around the city and be used as a pick up point for day trips. Good breakfast selection, and offered a picnic breakfast as long as it was requested the day before which came in very handy when we had to leave earlier for trips. Dinner selection was not vegetarian and vegan friendly, but the staff were fab at remedying this and specially making meals that the vegetarian member in our group could have."
