It could improve bathroom sanitization, and a little old-fashioned run-down furniture, other than that the apartment is functional and has the needed full kitchen for someone with celiac conditions or similar. The place seems to be cleaned, but because it’s old it seems like dirty and musty. It is bay overpriced for what it is.
